Icon recognises the vital importance of ensuring that all assessments it undertakes as part of the delivery of Icon Accreditation are valid, fair, objective and independent.
This policy relates appeals and complaints with respect of the results of assessments, decisions regarding Reasonable Adjustments and Special Consideration, and decisions relating to any action to be taken against a candidate following an investigation into malpractice or maladministration.
