We're so excited that Icon has won the Memcom Award for Best Social Media Presence - Less than £50k.
The Memcom Awards recognise the creativity and hard work which goes into driving up the standards of the membership sector and shine a light on the organisations that increase value for their profession and contribute to a better society. Each award is judged by an independent panel, chosen for their expertise in that particular field.
The winners were revealed at the Memcom Awards Ceremony on September 26th held at the Hilton Bankside in London.

The competition was strong, so it's fantastic to see Icon recognised for excellence against some much larger and well-established names.
Icon's Communications and Social Media are entirely run by our Communications Manager Geanina Beres, who works hard to share our advocacy, outreach and marketing messages with as many people as possible.
Upon winning this award on behalf of Icon, Geanina said:
I am so proud to see Icon and my work recognised – particularly given the other great organisations and much larger names that were shortlisted alongside us.
People who look after our heritage are heroes, and I am passionate about sharing their incredible work with the widest possible audience. Social media is of course a fantastic platform to raise awareness of our wonderful world and build bridges with people inspired by heritage.
I am thankful to my incredible colleagues and trustees at Icon, and my former manager Sara Crofts for supporting my work. And of course, I am grateful for all our followers and supporters who have engaged with our content.
